TU Berlin - winterterm 2005-06

Sven Pfeiffer held the workshop "Material Organization" on generic design strategies at the TU Berlin.

By building and cross-breeding simple paper models in a short amount of time the students developed a set of different techniques which then had to be described by a specific notational system.

The resulting genealogies of techniques were discussed among teachers, students and external critics in terms of their potential for programmatic and structural decisions in the design process.
